Products may be useful for:

- Vacation travel;
- Business travel;
- Emergency or temporary lodging; and
- Other appropriate travel circumstances.
The products are not intended to replace professionally laundered bedding, permanent household linens, or professionally manufactured sanitation systems unless a product description specifically states otherwise.
3. Disposable Product Characteristics
Disposable products are intentionally designed for limited or single-use applications.
Customers should not assume that a disposable product is designed for repeated washing, long-term use, industrial use, or repeated exposure to demanding conditions unless the applicable product description expressly states otherwise.
4. Bedding Products
Disposable bed sheets and duvet or comforter covers should be used according to the product description and any instructions supplied with the product.
Customers should ensure that the selected size and configuration are appropriate for the intended bed or bedding.
Because beds, mattresses, duvets, and comforters vary in dimensions, customers are responsible for checking applicable product measurements before ordering.
5. Toilet-Seat Covers
Disposable toilet-seat covers are intended to provide a temporary protective layer when used in an appropriate bathroom setting.
They should be applied and disposed of according to the product's intended design.
A disposable toilet-seat cover should not be treated as a substitute for ordinary restroom cleaning, disinfection, hand hygiene, or other sanitation practices.
6. Product Images and Descriptions
We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, photographs, measurements, quantities, packaging, and other information accurately.
However, digital images may appear somewhat different from physical products due to lighting, photography, screen calibration, device settings, manufacturing variations, packaging updates, and other factors.
7. Hygiene and Safety
Customers should use disposable travel products responsibly.
Products should not be used in circumstances outside their stated or reasonably intended purpose.
Where packaging contains instructions, warnings, material information, size information, disposal guidance, or other safety information, customers should review and follow those instructions.
Used disposable products should be discarded appropriately and in accordance with applicable local disposal requirements.
8. Children and Vulnerable Users
If a product is used in an environment involving children, elderly individuals, or persons requiring assistance, a responsible adult should determine whether the product is suitable and supervise its use where appropriate.
Disposable products and packaging should not automatically be considered toys.
9. Product Availability
Product availability may change without notice.
We may experience temporary inventory shortages or discontinuations.
If a purchased item becomes unavailable before fulfillment, we will provide an appropriate solution consistent with applicable law, which may include cancellation and refund.
10. Pricing
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to correct obvious typographical, inventory, pricing, or technical errors.
If an obvious error materially affects an order, we may cancel the affected order and provide an appropriate refund.
11. Order Acceptance
Submitting an order constitutes a request to purchase the selected merchandise.
An automated confirmation confirms receipt of the order but does not necessarily mean that we have accepted every aspect of the transaction.
We may cancel or decline an order for legitimate reasons, including:

Standard qualifying orders receive free shipping.
Orders with a merchandise subtotal below $10.00 are charged $5.99 shipping.
Shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Federal law governing Internet merchandise orders imposes requirements concerning reasonable shipping representations and delayed orders.
14. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by the separate Return and Refund Policy.
Because many of our products are disposable consumables, unopened and unused condition is particularly important for voluntary returns.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to eliminate a legally protected remedy for defective, damaged, incorrectly shipped, or materially nonconforming merchandise.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to authorize unfair or deceptive business practices or to waive rights that Florida law does not permit a consumer to waive.

Customers are encouraged to contact us first so that ordinary order problems can be addressed directly.
To the extent permitted by law, disputes that cannot be resolved informally may be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in or serving Orange County, Florida, subject to applicable jurisdictional requirements and non-waivable consumer rights.
